Sorento 2024 fitted with towbar problems.

I have just bought a new sorentowith a towbar pre fitted every time I plug the caravan in the forward avoidance light comes on in orange. Just wanting to know if this is correct or if I have a problem.

My 2019 Tarraco had that coded out by factory ... so i think it is not a wiring issue it is jsu tthe way they coded it not sure why a forward collison systme is dissabled for trailer .. Side i understand as the car gets elongated by the trailer ... Hope this helps Rob

Been back to dealer and what it is doing is correct when something connected to towbar.
