Regular Network errors at Nightime

I have a EV3 & Podpoint Home Charger.
I am getting regular Network Errors showing up on my Kia app which means the connection fails and the car isn't charged. I have reinstalled the app. The charging failed again overnight last night and this time no error message at all on app. I have tried using the charging setup on the car ignoring the app but that didn't work.

Yet charging manually works fine. That would suggest the wifi signal is ok.

Any suggestions?

No, the Pod Point charger is not directly compatible with the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, though some users report it works if the car is controlling the charge instead of the charger. Intelligent Octopus Go requires a specific, compatible connection with either the EV or the charger itself to work correctly. For full compatibility, you may need to switch to a different smart charger brand, such as Ohme or Zappi.
