Welcome to the forum. I assume that is the software version you are referring to? If so it does not feature on the eligible vehicles list.

 

Yes it is the software version displayed on screen.
Probably the reason it suggested no support files found in my USB.
will be going to Kia for services in end Jul/early Aug. should ask them what I should do on this.

That's a different number to the one you posted in post 1.

Looks like a head unit without built-in navigation, in which case it can't be updated using the Kia update site. The only way, assuming there is an update available, is via the dealer.

 

Agree with @AlunS - your car does not appear to have the in-built navigations system and as a consequence you can't update via the Kia Navigation Update web site. In the event there is an update for the cars system the dealership will do it, although I wouldn't expect regular updates.
