Hi Big Ted, as KIA Assist is backed by RAC you could probably use RAC's mobile friendly number which is 0333 2000 999 and just plead ignorance and say you remember it was RAC cover quoting your KIA details0333 numbers are charged at national call rates and usually included in inclusive call plans on mobiles

I use Giffgaff for my mobile and 0800 numbers are free. Might be worth checking to see if your supplier has similar?
