We recently had a slight ingression of water causing damp carpet in our nearly new Venga 1.6.
It was dealt with by Ken Jervis, Kia dealers in Stoke-on-Trent brilliantly.
We were give a Rio courtesy car (nice motor)to keep us mobile and
Andy the garage manager kept in constant touch to update us on their findings.
The car was returned to us after a few days in immaculate condition.
The leak (through a faulty windscreen seal)is fixed and we're very impressed and pleased with the service off Ken Jervis.
Definitely recommended.
