New member posting for the first time here. I have a new eNiro 4+ as my company car (got it in June 2021) and noticed earlier this month (October) that when trying to use the map/navigation system, a message popped up stating that the map/nav system was out of date. But on checking the map/nav system again today, the message didn't appear when I entered various addresses to route to. I haven't done anything for this to change, so I'm wondering if anyone could help me confirm if my software/nav system is up to date before I take it to a KIA dealer? I've attached a picture to show the information......

I'd advise waiting a while before contacting your dealer. It looks like Kia are finally going to allow us to (legally) update the software ourselves in the coming weeks. See the following thread ...

No guarantees, of course, but it looks like this time it might be really happening. No point forking out ÂŁ40 for nothing.

Eur.13 was released in May. Updating software is not part of the PDI. It is as it leaves factory, or might get done when car arrives in UK and has the PDI at the Kia's Immingham site. But given the OP picked the car in June it may have already been through that process.

But they can ask for nothing (y)
