Hi all,

I purchased a Kia Sportage 2011 2.0 petrol, automatic gear a week ago. Today I went to a garage just to do some formal checks(for my peace of mind), and the guy found 7 errors/codes.
These are the error codes obd scanner:

C1688 MDPS Signal Error
C1283 Lateral G sensor Signal Error
C1210 Wheel Speed Sensor Rear-rh range
C1208 Wheel Speed Sensor Rear-Lh Invalid
C1627 Can Time-out 4wd
C1687 CAN Time-out MDPS
C1623 CAN Time-out Steering Angle Sensor

I don't have any lights on the dashboard...
Do you think is something that I should do and investigate more?
I was trying to check for any lose connections on the MDPS module
and then the ESP warning lamp came on but cleared when I restarted the engine.

Your help is much appreciated.

Update.

I've scanned again with ODB + tourqe app and no errors were found.
Looks like I have a loose connection. If I touch a few connectors then the ESP+DBC is on, also if I hit with my hand under the steering wheel the ESP light will stay on for a few seconds.
My plan is to disconnect the battery and use wd contact cleaner and reconnect everything back.

Offtopic, I want to change the oil and I can't find what Kia recommends.
Is "Castrol Magnatec Stop-Start A5/ 5W30" a good choise? Even if I don't have stop-start on my car :))?
Do I need 4.1L or 5.8L for my 2.0 Petrol G4KDA 2011?
I'm asking because I want to stick with the same oil from the beginning. any recommendations are welcome.

Thanks.
