Hi, anyone had similar issues as these. Tried to charge my ENiro and Zappi initially did not connect. Unplugged car and charger and tried again, Zappi then said that my charge cable was not recognised. Did a reboot and tried again, then unit said Pilot problem, did a software update now unit just says "start up" on display. Weirdly is knows that the cable is connected but still will not charge. Unit is set to fast charge.

Have a Zappi charger but haven't encountered the issue you describe. I will say that customer care for Zappi is excellent so worth sending them an email describing the issue.
