Someone messed my friends wiring up and I’m trying to get her car running again. Can anyone tell me what goes to what? I greatly appreciate it and thank you! It’s a 2012 sorento SX v6 from N. America

Wiring diagram might be of some assistance.

At a glance.
Green/brown wires need extending and joining.
Cant see where browns coming from or going to.

Looks as though something has been connected in series with the green/brown wires and maybe the brown wire is a feed to whatever it was. Does your friend know what was done and why? Does this stop the car completely or just some functions?

The Brown or looks Red wire does not come out of the wiring harness so I would ignore it. Join the other two Green Brown wires back together and insulate.

Most likely an ignition switch series intercept and power used by an insurance tracker box.
