Hi all

The internal wing mirror adjuster on the drivers door no longer tilts the wing mirrors up. It works fine moving them down, left and right but not up. The same issue on L and R side.

Before taking it into to get fixed are there an known self-fixes to this? Couldn't see anything online/manual.

Model: 2020 Kia Sportage L2 1.6 petrol

It is easy to move the mirrors when cleaning the car and perhaps this has left them at full down with the mechanism at full up. Just press on the top edge of the mirror to get them approximately centred (this applied to L/R as well).

yes as Turnup says, it has happened to me before when washing the car.

many thanks, that worked. Bit trial and error but got them working again.
