Sounds like a blocked nozzel. Try removing the tube from the nozzel and see if you get anything pumped when the motor runs. If the nozzel is blocked, get a bit of thin wire and see if it will go through, or you could try an air line if you have access to one. It could be something silly like the tube from the motor has detached itself, but then I would expect to see washer fluid on the floor when the motor runs.
What do you use for screenwash? Make sure there's always some screenwash in the tank and not just tap water or you will get crap building up in the bottom that can block nozzels and tubes.
