Hi KCS,
Just letting you, (and Lynne there who I have spoken to many times) know, that the bit if plastic I need to fix my dashboard still hasn't materialized....been two months now....very disappointed indeed.

Hi I noticed you put comment on my thread Kia Soul Tempest stuck in Park I have to say the gearbox selector has still not arrived expecting delivery 20/March I however now have a replacement car through mobility so we both have experienced good customer service not

have a case on-going for you and we are monitoring the delivery of the part that's on order. As you're aware we're
still looking at 20 March for delivery.

Hi Kia customer service.
Thanks for comment I would say I have had an early termination of my mobility lease and now have a Kia Soul Facelift model yes the issue has not put me off Kia but this car is now a manual car.
