We have a 2016 sportage we re cently bought. We used to play music from USB in our old Nissan qashqai and they worked fine for a day in the sportage along with a USB drive newly created where I initially could see all the albums and choose what I wanted to play.
Now none of them are being recognised and I am unable to access any music from them. What am I doing wrong

I read in the handbook on my Sportage that leaving the USB stick in position all the time can damage some early USB sticks. Mine has been OK but it is fairly new. Try to reformat the drive and replace the music again or try a new USB stick.
