Hi everyone,
please excuse the simple question, but this is for my wife’s Sportage.
she has a standard stereo, but would like to replace it with a Kia Sat Nav unit.
from what I can see, the two white rear blocks side by side are the same, but the FM socket doesn’t seem to be present on the sat Nav unit, has this been replaced with a DAB socket only?
Also there is an extra white socket on the sat Nav unit, and a small black socket - what are these for?
Is a straight swap possible, even with a bit of manual wiring to add a GPS antenna?
the aerial is the main thing here that doesn’t seem to be a direct swap.
Anything worth considering to be able to do this nicely?
