Algae in front spotlights. Kia customer service warranty claim are saying it does not look like its a cause of manufacturing defect there for they would not support my request for a warranty claim the car has never been thorough a car wash in its life there is only 12.000 miles on clock so how has water got in front spotlights. not good enough KIA.?

Was the vehicle purchased from new?
If it was used, there is a possibility the lights/bumper have been taken off and not fitted back properly.
Ours, I think at some point had the centre console taken out from the interior. I was driving along one day, and caught my hand on a sharp edge. On further inspection the centre console hadn't been put back together properly.
