As I've said, the issue was traced to bent pins on the cluster. We also had everything swapped out and it took 3 months to get to that decision. The only was you will tell is by carefully looking at the pins on the connector.It's not ALL cars. It is only a few. Very painful for the owners & has nothing to do with any updates.
People have had new head units, GPS antenna & wiring replaced & still have the issue.
