Apart from setting up Kia Connect on the car and in the phone app I don't think there is a Kia Portal.
Many moons ago there used to be a My Kia site, which you gave you access to limited (very limited) car information), but that was withdrawn a few years ago. Kia did promise an all singing, all dancing replacement, but it never materialised.

I wonder if OP is asking about the Kia Owners Portal - I've recently acquired a MY22 e-Niro 4+ which I've done the an infotainment update on (using the SanDisk USB stick that you mentioned in another thread so thank you so much for that iooi) so that I can properly use Kia Connect (rather than Uvo that was on the infotainment previously) and would like to have the ability to download trip information/see trips on a map for example, or even export to Excel to see efficiency over time (e.g. summer vs winter) which I've seen YouTube videos on from Kia dealers in the US. It's something that is lacking in the Kia Connect app itself as it only summarises information with energy data for the most recent day with travel from what I can see. Perhaps it's a US-only feature? When I attempt to use my Kia Connect email/password to login to that (which works fine for connect in the App and connected to the car), it doesn't recognise my email address as being a valid one and requesting a password reset results in no email. As an alternative, is it possible that only the original owner of the vehicle, when bought new direct from Kia, has access to the Kia Owners Portal?
