Hi ive just taken delivery of my 2015 kia sportage axis , which has the touch screen infinity stereo . Im having problems with the sat nav its doesnt work , also unable to set the clock . As you can see there is nothing at the side of nav version . Will a update install the maps . Many thanks

Is there a SD card in the slot?

Was it a Kia dealer or a independent?

Hi it was a kia dealer wlmg in high wycombe , found out last night the garage tried updating the sat nav and they broke the stereo , told me kia agreed to provide a new stereo at my local dealer , spoke to local dealer had no idea what i was on about so back to chasing garage up .
