I have been using the panaramic roof for ages and its been fine.
It was fine today.
I went to open it this evening and it was really sluggish. (The blind was already open as I never close it)
I closed the roof and again it was really sluggish and there was a clicking sound above the rear passenger seat.
I then went to open it and it wouldn't open. I tried the switch a few times as you do...but nothing ( the engine was running)
I pressed it so the blind would close and it was fine, speed etc.
I then pressed the switch so that the blind and roof should open.
The blind went back fine followed by the roof (which was still sluggish).
Once both of them were open, I tried closing just the roof minus the blind.
It closed but again really sluggish.
I then tried to open it and it was no go. I tried restarting the car just in case but it was still the same.
So the roof will only open now after you have closed the blind and then reopen everything.
Hope anyone can follow that.

EDIT TO THIS.
I have just gone out and tried it again and apart from being sluggish and the clicking is still there, it is working fine.
What grease should I use to grease the runners? So that I can give this a go.

Try wd40 or similar to help it. My 2019 Sporty T-gdi 4 sunroof gets used regularly and works fine. Yours maybe needs using more to keep 'happy'? Otherwise speak to your service dealer.
I occasionally close the sunroof after turning off the engine - dash warning it's open - but never close it with the engine off.

My roof gets used almost everyday apart from when its raining obviously.
I have just been watching a YouTube video of a bloke greasing his.
He says not to use wd40 as it can damage some of the plastic.
He uses this... which when I googled it came up with it on eBay.
It is mainly used to grease treadmills in gyms.

Personally, I'll use wd40 ac50 or similar on mine it there's a problem - or let the dealer sort it out if it goes titsup.

You should not use any silicone grease or oil on the runners of the sunroof. Sure it will solve your issue for now but liquid lubricant causes dust, insects & road debris to be trapped in it which will lead to further (possibly more significant) failures down the line and likely you'll find your warranty has been voided because you used unsuitable lubricants on the system.

You should only use a dry lubricant such as graphite based solutions (such as those used to lubricate locks) on the runners.

I have googled bits and bobs and a lot of people recommend WD Specialist Anti Friction Dry PTFE.
What do you think?
I have also contacted kia (dealer) and I am waiting for the to get back to me....if the do.
