What a strange place to try buy a car from ,wanted to purchase a 20k stonic from them , with delivery to my home address ,despite flurry of calls and emails , 3 in a 40 hr period about pictures of my p/ex car which i was sent another call asking for me to send i had to point out they where sent day before ,oh yes i missed that said salesman ,will get back to you with a price ,now ten days on not a word strange car is still for sale yes ,Bombshell then i noticed the pictures on the website were a year old and taken when the car was brand new , given away by the sat nav date stamp ,thought it looked mint ,the car was a year old now done 10k so the pics were misleading a false advert ,as i was buying unseen very worrying as to what might have arrived , due to these factors i would not recommend this dealership ,and will be looking to purchase elsewhere .

yep ,thought this is the modern way things done now ,but iam going to stick with the old ways from now on Arthur daily is still out there .
I’ve purchased my last 2 new Sportages from there, I’ve never dealt with used sales but Andrew in new car sales is a legend, really good bloke, polite, honest helpful! After dealing with Vauxhall and Renault for the last 15 years it was a welcome change 👍🏻
Glad others are having good experiences as could be a one off but chain and the weekest link comes to mind .
Bought our previous used Sportage from there back in 2019. The salesman seemed pretty decent but I completely lost faith in that dealership due to how they dealt with subsequent warranty and servicing issues. Switched to the Kidderminster dealership and they were really no better; eventually bought the EV6 from them and the salesman really didn't have a clue. So we now rely on Edwards at Worcester which is a bit more of a trek but they've been great in both warranty and servicing on the older Sportage, plus we then bought our new Sportage from them and the salesman was superb and bent over backwards to help when we discovered a headlamp fault in the first week.
