Thanks for the advice. Yes, have tried that problem still there.

Thanks, unfortunately, yes I have and that didn’t work. Must be a fault with the screen.

 

Have you checked to make sure the fuse is fully pushed in that the dealer is supposed to do before handing over the vehicle?

 

Is that the fuse box under the wheel? I've tried to have a look but worried i'll mess something up. I don't really know what to look out for.

 

You did say you brought it new. Take it back to the dealer.

I have an issue with the infotainment screen.
Its intermittant I think, but sometimes when I switch the Headlights to Auto, side or on the screen goes completely black - radio still works but obviously cannot see the display.
Switch off the lights and it re appears!
I will probably be going back to dealers with it to take a look at...but thought i would ask here first!

 

Switching with lights suggests it is going into nightime mode when lights are on.
Which would be dimmer or a different colour set.
But black and intermittent sounds like a trip to dealers rather then settings?

OK...issue resolved..
Whilst driving at the weekend it happened again, switched my lights on at night ...display goes blank.
I then just happened to adjust my instrument lighting using the dimmer switch and turn it up a bit and the screen came back! ...
It would appear that in night mode if your dimmer switch is set too low your screen will go blank when you put your lights on if in 'night mode'!
