I have dealt with stoneacre at 2 different branches, not the Hull one over the years and i can imagine what your experience was like.

Moved to Bridlington recently and needed to get the rear view camera replacing under warranty,the only problem I have had on my 10 plate Soul Tempest, I did not know which Kia dealer to use as I am in the middle of Stoneacre in Hull and Rydale at Kirkbymoorsde. Used Rydale and they were great ,sounds like I have had a near miss !
