Can anyone help.. my other half ran a wire inside the roof to the 12 volt socket in the boot for a dash cam...now I have no interior lights and central locking doesn’t work unless ignition is on does anyone know what could have happened please

It will be a fuse in the cabin fuse box.

Or the wire connected is not in the right place.
Canbus can cause all sorts of weird issues.

But what year car are we talking about?
