Hi all, new member here. Just got myself a 2017 KX4. It’s got puddle LEDs fitted under all the doors but only the rear drivers side one works. Anyone had these on their car? Dealer wants £97 just to investigate as they were an extra and only covered by initial 2 year warranty. The wires disappear up inside the doors so don’t look a simple fix to me.

Depends on how good you are at taking the door card off. I would think it would just be a wire loose inside.

Do you have a multimeter that would allow you to check that it is getting power?

Yep, got a multi meter. Not sure about the door card though. I was wondering if I could somehow lever the lens off and replace the led inside before I go down removing the trim route. I don’t want to break them though so perhaps I should have a look inside first.
