Sorry, I have no experience of this, and I guess no one else has either, sadly.

Have you tried contact cleaner squirted liberally in the stalks (if you suspect them)?

 

I am guessing someone has been in the wiring at some point, and wired them the wrong way around - I dont know the wiring for the model, or how easy it is to get to the offending internal switch.

Just to check, you HAVE verified they are coming on and off, and it isnt just the display misconfigured?? That would be a whole other issue.

 

I have the same problem on Kia Sportage 2015 I just noticed it today. Did you fix it?

 

Just fixed it. Had to replace the indicator stalk - which cost £50 on Ebay. I wonder how much this would be at a garage to change.

I didn't go about spraying contact cleaner in the original one so I have no idea if that would work.
