REAR HEATER PIPE WAS LEAKING,BUT REPAIRED THAT ON SUN,WAS BLOWING COLD TILL I TOPPED THE RADIATOR UP,REPLACEDFUEL FILTERS,RADIATOR FAN WAS ALSO STICKING ON,BUT HASN,T SINCE I REPAIRED HEATER PIPES,ME AND GARAGE TOTALLY CONFUSED......
When the car overheats (low coolent and fan running all the time) the ecu puts the car into limp home mode so they dont melt the engine just as well because its the only time most of my customers check their water levels

manual.........£400 to do a job that will make no difference,is there a way of reseting ecu to take it out of limp mode????????......this garage is a bmw specialist..lol....had my car two days to come up with this..
no reset if and when the problem is cured the ecu will reset its self, so does sound like you have a leaky injector personally would get second opinion and if leaky get the injector overhauled at diesel specialist and no there is no 5th injector make sure you have only used genuine fuel filter aftermarket ones cause lots of issues with air/cavatation
The 5th injector is to do with the DPF and injects more fuel in to aid the cleaning of the filter on some modern diesels. It just sounded like the BM garage was trying to con you. Well you know know there is no 5th injector on the Sedona according to our ace maniac, eh I mean ace mechanic Paul.
