(edited to ensure correct information based on post 9 - Thanks iooi)
A gen 1 has 12500 miles or yearly, a Gen 2 has 10000 miles or yearly whichever occurs first.
The "major " service is every even year ie: 2 / 4 / 6 etc
This "should" include oil / oil filter / spark plugs / air filter / fuel filter (which isn't as hard as it sounds) and brake fluid. The rest of it is essentially kick the tyres, grease a few things and do a body corrosion inspection
The pollen (cabin) filter is now "inspect and replace if necessary" which more often than not means it gets missed (even though it literally is a 5 minute job ie: open glove box, undo two screws, unclip the cabin filter retainer, remove cabin filter)
I say "should" as there numerous threads around poor dealer servicing, so worth checking if you are able that parts have been replaced. Another common one is brake fluid just replaced in the master cylinder. If it's done correctly there should be evidence of brake fluid leakage at the wheel caliper where it is has been bled through the system. If the cylinders are dry and still dusty around the bleed nipple then for sure they haven't been bled through (no matter what they might fob you off with about we "cleaned" them afterwards). If it's done correctly you will always see evidence of fluid having been wiped around the bleed nipple.
Maintenance schedule is section 7 in the handbook but remember you need the Europe timings which are different to the Asia timings.
