In the first instance, I would try one of the parts search web-sites. They notify breakers who will respond if they have the required part available.

Kia could probably source one for you, but it would no doubt cost more than the value of the car!

I've not done this job myself, but I believe replacing the sub-frame is not a trivial undertaking for a DIY mechanic - I suspect you'll know that. Hope you can find something suitable.

Thankyou for the reply.
Yes i did try a kia dealership the said the cant source one hence down the breakers route. I have sourced 1 but im unsure of the condition as its only photos it has rust obviously but how much i cant tell and its in birmingham so it would be a fair journey if its past its best.
I can see that it would be a big undertaking i have a friend who has a garage but it would still be done from floor level jacks etc.
How long did it rake you !

I understand your concern regarding rust. Kia's of this vintage don't have the best reputation for resisting the dreaded tin-worm. I've gone over my own Sedona with Waxoyl to try and keep it in decent condition - so far it seems to be keeping the rust at bay despite the salty roads up here in Jockland.

I suppose you're kind of stuck with having to trust whatever the breaker says in terms of condition, short of seeing it for yourself. Not ideal really. On the other hand, I think most of the 'modern' breakers do try to sell decent parts and would accept returns if not up to scratch. Finding bits for older models is always a bit of a challenge unfortunately.

Yes i know about the salt im in glasgow.
Mind you they seem to be throwing less of it around nowdays
To be honest i dont know how bad mine is but ive seen really large slabs of rust fall off so im trying to get myself ready for it. Its passing the mots but i think the worst is where they cant see it under the front.
So preperation is the way forwards i waxoiled all the rear end but cant get to the front whilst its on the drive. So if i manage to get one i can do all the inhibiting when on the ground

My car lived in Essex for many years, so I don't think it saw too much salt until it came up here. I bought one of the Sealey spray guns designed for spraying waxoyl / underseal (I've got a decent air-compressor) and I have done mine a couple of times. Having seen how bad the front control arms could rust, I wanted to try and preserve mine. Fortunately, my car seems pretty solid underneath and I used the spray gun attachments to get waxoyl into all the little nooks & crannies. Rust will win in the end, but hopefully it will take a bit longer.

If you do get a sub-frame and are able to prep it before fitting, try using some of this paint: Flag Rust Converter Paint | paints4trade.com

It was suggested to me by another Sedona owner and it does seem to be quite effective. I applied it to the more vulnerable areas before spraying on the waxoyl.
