I have a Kia Sorento 07 plate. My front seat belts do not retract very quickly. If not careful I slam them in the door. Is this normal or can it be adjusted quite easily?

Spray the webbing both sides with silicon spray and also where it retracts into the door pillar. Dont go mad with the spray silicon. Then work the belt in and out a good few times. Reapply the silicon until it retracts freely. Works for me.
Mr Sheen multi surface polish is ok to use if you dont have silicon spray.
