Any advice appreciated on how to access and remove bottle, no water coming put of jets. Have cleared jets with compresed air and pump is working so suspect bottle and maybe filters are is clogged.

Some kias have one way inline valves which can clog up. Try seeing if pump expels water from pump outlet.

Remove wheel arch liner or just the front end and pull back enough to get hand in.

...and try not to mix different brands of screenwash additive, as this has been known to cause a gel to form which blocks the jets.
