When inputting a destination for satnav, I experienced a problem where the city name was already populated with a previous city, Skelmersdale and the road name was also populated with the previous road name, Westgate. They wouldn't clear, resulting in my having to clear all previous destinations and also do a factory reset to clear the fields.
Since then, I am unable to get the satnav to recognise Liverpool as a city. I type 'L' then 'I', then 'V' - I would then expect to able to type 'E', but it's greyed out. Liverpool isn't even an option. Other cities and towns seem to appear to be okay, I've tried around ten different random places.
Am I going mad?!
