Hi I’ve a 2013 Rio airbag light has came on, I’ve replaced the clock spring but it hasnt made any difference checked under seats etc tested fuses -I’ve tried using 3 different diagnostic scanners but non can make communication with the srs airbag, it’s been suggested replacing the airbag control module then possibly erasing any error codes does anyone have experience of this is it difficult to get to the airbag control module? Thanks

What software and obd dongle have you tried?
Try "car scanner" on Android. I'm sure it talks to 50+ modules on the Kia using a cheap canbus Bluetooth obd tool.

Check my other posts as I put some screenshots in one of them.

I would get diagnostics working first before swapping modules. They may also be paired to ECU, which makes things more difficult.

Have you checked the cable wiring and connector under the front seats?
