Yes, the same experience with our 2023 Picanto. The DAB display appears to change channels correctly, but sound is either mute or stuck on one station The dealer said it was a known problem without a current solution when I asked for warranty repair.
If you are quick, i find you can change dab stations, here is how, when its stuck on, say bbc R2, select a station you'd like, bbc 4 for example...radio2 will still be playing, but if you turn off ignition and open door take the keys out wait a few secs, then switch on ignition again BBC4 will be playing i reckon you have around 8secs to flip between stations before it locks on. hope this help the kia club.

Hi all i stopped by KIA yesterday to ask for help regarding the DAB radio issue, they wanted me to book the car in and asked me for ÂŁ152+vat to scan the system, i replied but "isnt she under warranty" No was the answer "the media entertainment system has a 2yr warranty" I was a bit shocked but on the way out i asked a young mechanic what the problem was, he said im not aloud to say, you will have to book it in, but i pushed a little harder and he said it is a new software firmware config, some thing to do with the new DAB+ move over.

@edkia - you have been given incorrect information, the media system has a 3 year or 60,000 miles warranty. This image is from the Kia Warranty Term and Exclusions:

As an aside, the may still quote a charge for diagnostics, however it should be waved if it is a warranty related issue. Frankly I think you would be wasting your time taking it in for a diagnostics, I would wait for Kia to issue an update, which should be due in the next couple of months.
My apologizes for any misinformation, it isn't my intention, i was reporting back what i was told at the time, maybe the staff member was new, my car is just over 3yrs old (Sept) if anyone comes up with an up date pls post.
