This started a week ago. I have a basic 2023 Kia Picanto and for some reason, although the stations change on the screen, they all play the same song/voices/station. If I choose, for example Absolute 80s before I exit my car, when i turn the engine off and back on its playing Absolute 80s on every channel. If I switch it to Absolute Rock, switch car off and on, it's playing Absolute Rock on every channel - and won't change, forgot to mention that. I was advised by dealer that I need to download new software through Kia Connect but it doesn't recognise my VIN on the app. The dealer then said they would charge me to download the new software onto my car. Can anyone help me to fix this myself? Thanks

Mine is doing exactly the same. My local Kia dealer said it wasn't a fault with my car but the 'DAB service provider' (whatever that means!!?) Kia customer service said they ha e no idea what's happened! Rescanning hasn't helped. I'm at a loss

I've been stuck with Radio 2 and no other DAB stations since September so looking forward to hearing how you get on. I'm missing my classic rock too lol

Thr kia dealership in Colchester have no idea about it either. They said as there's no official recall they can't help!!! Going back to kia uk!
