I don't know what I've done in my settings but I can no longer hear messages/texts etc.
When I tap to play them, they appear muted with a line through the bell symbol.
Any idea what I need to do?

Some volume setting must be on mute somewhere.

I don't know if this applies to the Picanto, but on our car you have to rotate volume control (not the steering wheel button) while a message is playing. It is the same with the volume on telephone calls.

The line through the bell symbol is just mirroring your phone. I have that showing on my display as I have the volume down on my phone but I still get my messages spoken by google!
