Hi. I've seen all the discussion of fitting seat raisers. Is it possible to swop the seat out for a higher spec'd seat. Mine does recline but no lift or lumbar support which I would like.

On another thread somebody suggested buying a driver's seat from a scrapped LHD car which I though was a good idea...
