I have a 2017 KIA Soul EV. Last September the heated seat stopped working so I took my car to dealer, who confirmed there was a fault.in the heated seat element in the cusion

The part. is on still on back order

I appreciate KIA has a great warranty and is known for good Customer Service, but I feel that in this instance that its too long and I will get the part fixed on the winter is over (just when I needed it the most)

Neelish, you would be far better of contacting @Kia Customer Service directly, they do monitor this form, but not on a continuous basis.
