Orange Passenger Airbag Light

I’ve only had my Niro a couple of weeks and just noticed the SOS button on the roof! I also noticed this

Am I right to assume that this means my passenger airbag is on and working? Usually an orange light means there’s a problem.

The airbag light is normal as a warning not to fit a rear facing child seat.

It should go off after a few mins after starting car. It's a check to see it's working.

It comes on when I start the car, goes off then comes back on.

As in your first post, orange light indicates passenger airbag is on and working. If you turn off the passenger airbag the “on“ light will go out and the “off” light next to it will come on.
This is how it functions in my Ceed. So yours all looks normal to me.

Thanks. I called the dealership and he was going on about inserting my key into the side of the dash to turn it in or off, but there’s no hole for a key there. There’s also no button where the sign is. As long as the airbag is on that’s all I need.
