A 'horn' type, blowing type noise as just started, it seems to happen when I'm turning to the left, but I can't get it to happen all the time as I've just been driving around a car park and haven't been able to get it to recreate it.

Any ideas what it could be?

Is it like a Horn or more like a Squeal ?
If you have an engine driven power steering pump you can sometimes get a squealing noise from the drive belt,might be worth looking at the condition/tension of the power steering drive belt.

I'm not great at describing things but I would say it's like a blowing sound.

The noise only happen again once and faintly compared to the first time I heard it, on the way home from work.
