Hi all,

Bought my first Kia and honestly....
Love the car - EV6, but feel a little let down with how it's been delivered and PDI'd.

The car was filthy, dusty and covered in stickers when it was delivered on 3rd February. Scratches to the body and tinted glass (deep enough that it needs glass replacement). I've had the alarm going off randomly to find out it needs a sensor and looked at the software version to work out myself that it needs at least two updates.

Overall a bit of a shocking PDI on a brand new car that sells for over £40k.

Ho hum, it's off to my local dealers on Wednesday for software and alarm fixes and I've been suggested to message Kia Customer Care on here to see if it needs anything else before going to my local dealer.

Hello and welcome to the forum, I would like to think you find the forum of more use than a conduit to Kia Customer Services. :unsure:

I suggest you should raise the issues with the senior sales manager at the dealer and see what reaction you get before you start chasing Kia Customer Services.
