Not sure if this has been covered. I did a forum search but nothing came up.
I attempted update on my SatNav. My KIA dealer referred me to the website.
After entering my serial number, download onto appropriate 32gb SD card proceeded as normal.
Installed in car, and update ceremony proceeded as normal....altho it took ages......no errors
.....apart from the final boot where I got the message in the title of this post.......which now means I cant navigate
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR................

Before I contact support, has anyone a fix?

So can you post a screen shot of which versions you have now?
Was it a new SD card or did you use the old one? Is SD card still in Sat Nav.

Usually if update fails. Then it still works. Would just need to put old card back in.

SD card new. Needed 32gb as old one 16gb. SD card inserted and have tried old one with same message :(

Cant find a reset button on unit....

I take it this is the file installed?

What is the spec of the SD card?

Reset should be a little pin hole just above volume knob to the right. (try this 1st)

If you downloaded the MY15 software, that is correct
Ignore My pic in #5. It should be MY15 software.
Are you downloading on to your computer & then transferring the files over to the SD card using the app? Or direct to SD card. As seems to work better going via computer & transfer to SD card via app.


Reset hole.

I have the equivalent 'hole'.....but turns out to be a MIC, not reset button.

I have tried the download twice.....once to HD with transfer, and once with download direct to card.
I have ordered new card and will re-try....see what happens.

Having experienced "iffy" SD cards in dashcams, I normally go for "High Endurance" cards these days and to date haven't had any failing on me. If that's of any help.
