MYKIA website out of date for my vehicle

I just logged onto the mykia website and I found it's never been updated since I bought my car. It doesn't show my first service being done and it says my roadside assistance has expired when it's still valid. Does anybody know how to get it updated to show the correct history as it will only let me change the mileage?

The KIAssist expiry date in MyKia is always limited to the original 12 month term. Any renewal is handled by the RAC memberships team and there isn't a facility to feed this back to Kia. The feedback about servicing reminders has been noted as we're continually working to develop the site / app.
