Just purchase a Kia Sportage 70 plate, when I picked it up it had. 1/4 of tank in petrol and the mile to empty was 100, I filled it up to full and not it only says 280, is there anyway of resetting this, that definitely can’t be right

It's historic data that gives the range. So you will see it get better.
My Niro was in the 300 range when I got it, now after 6 months it's 500+ when filling up.

Me personally I don’t take any noice of mine in the stonic and would prefer it didn’t display at all I go by the old fashioned way on what’s in the tank it was my husband’s new car, he’s all about whats miles to empty, not that we ever let the car be less than a 1/4 of a tank 😊

Got to agree with you on that one.
Fuel gauge does the same job.

Would rather have a trip counter there or a clock.
