Good day ladies and gents.Would anyone be able to
advise on below error i have encountered on mv 2011
KIA Sportage please?Today it went completely dead like
no electrics.Went to connect the jump leads and all
came back without even starting the other car. Just as a
pointer this is intermittent issue and has gone worse
after we accidentally drained the battery approximately
months ago.Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi & Welcome.
Moved to Sportage section, as not a website issue.

Sounds like a contact on the battery may be loose. Check the earth strap as well.

If you totally flattened the battery, and its a few years old. Given we are getting into cold weather might be a good idea to change it.

The Hyundai forum have posts on a master fuse in the top left corner of the under dash fusebox, giving a dead battery appearance. Check that all fuses are secure in their mountings.
