Can someone please tell me the front light layout on a 2007
Sportage please? I have one side light above and to the side of the head light
and two indicator lights below the headlight all in the headlight assembly.
Should their not be two sidelights below and one indicator above and to the
side? I have been looking out for another sportage to compare but as yet have
not found one. I got problems see my other post!

Your light layout is the same as mine (2008 model). The single side light is a conventional bulb daylight running light (ie a bright pinpoint) and the indicators across the bottom of the unit have 2 bulbs each side. I also have a tow bar with an indicator repeater lamp in the dashboard which has given me no problems.

The last model of the UK Sportage Mk2 had a different headlight arrangment (not as good in my opinion as the sidelight is in the headlight reflector and is not bright and there is a single indicator bulb) - the units are not interchangeable as the shape of the unit is different.

Thanks very much for replying. I will try to find a flasher
unit that will work with the extra bulb. I have never seen another car with 2
bulbs in the headlight for indicators.
