I have a kia soul 2 diesel. Very happy with car, now a year old. One and only major gripe is the quality of the interior plastics. My drivers door panel in black is covered in scratches caused by finger nails etccatching the plastic and basically anything that touches it! Also scratches are appearing on most interior panels probably caused by kids and adult getting in and out. It seems that the interior plastic cannot tolerate any wear and tear!

Cut your nails and wear gloves and ban the kids

Try this on a small less noticable area. Get a rag and dip it into black shoe polish . Rub it into the scratches and then buff up. It should cover them quite well. Any large areas can also be touched up with a black marker pen.
