I took my Sportage 2017 in for it’s First annual service In 2018 and left with NO Satellite Navigation. I phoned the service dept in Sidcup to have the SD card replaced, but unfortunately my Mum died and I had to cancel. The card was ordered, but I was unable to get back until my next service was due. By this time, I was 3 weeks out of warranty for this card and I am still waiting for the manager to call me, regarding my plea....this was in October 2019. Apart from this being extremely upsetting, I cannot believe that I wasn’t even acknowledged by the manager of Kia Sidcup, after phoning them repeatedly and being told that they would call back. It is still unresolved.
