Hi all!
I have problem with my Kia Optima on a cold engine. The car starts jerking when starting. I will drive a bit, I will stop the car, I will start again and everything is fine. Can anyone tell me what could be causing this? Thank you for the information.

I would also like to say that jerking only
about 3 seconds and then it's fine, the engine will warm up and no problem.

My 2018 1.6 auto does this from time to time, mainly on damp or wet days. My workaround is setting off with little or no throttle in manual mode which eliminates any jerking. Within a matter of seconds I switch back to auto again and everything is fine.
