<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">It's clear we have a mixed range of views regarding KCS on the forum. I've had a chat with them and what we've agreed to is:
<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">

<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">KCS will now only be found in a new dedicated forum:http://www.kiaownersclub.co.uk/forum/kia-customer-support_forum43.html
<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">If you would like the assistance of KCS then please post in the above forum.
<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">They'll try to help you out as best they can but you should note Customer Support are not Technicians.
<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">They are unable to offer technical advice as doing so without seeing the car could result in safety or cost liabilities if any wrong advice is given out.
<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">They appreciate that being advised to visit your dealer is not the answer a lot of you are hoping for but sometimes is the only advice they can give out on a forum without seeing the car.
<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">Also remember - they are doing their job and are a nice bunch of people, please try to bepleasant and give respect - just as we advise you do to all members of the forum

<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">

<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">Thanks
<div style="text-align: left; : rgb251, 251, 253; ">Dan
