Hi since I installed the software update last week I don’t get notifications on the Kia connect map - the push notifications is turned on. Also on the app my range to empty is now always 0 miles see pic. I have a 2021 Sportage gti AWD. I have tried uninstalling the app and unlinking and delinking the car to my Kia account. I can lock the car and do a vehicle status check via the app. Thanks

Try the reset hole next to volume knob on head unit.

We're aware of the app showing '0 range' for some Sportage customers. The developers have asked for a dealer to take data off a car to be able to investigate. If you'd like to go ahead, please let us know by PM whenever your car is due for a dealer visit so we can send instructions to them.
